Make non-alcoholic Mojito

For this mojito bruise put the leaves in a shaker and add the syrup, lime juice and ice cream. Shake well. Fill with the gingerale, strain and pour into a glass full of ice cubes. Finish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
